No. This is a virtual sourcing experience. Tay travels to China and Vietnam while you follow the journey through the online Departure Lounge.

The private member area where you get announcements, the group chat, pre-flight information, trip updates, vendor tracking, testing observations and post-trip vendor access.

Business Class follows the whole journey and picks six approved vendors, three from each country. First Class follows the whole journey and automatically unlocks every approved vendor, plus full research profiles, priority access, a private post-trip session, the Sourcing Playbook, the Comparison Matrix, the Pricing and Profit Calculator and Sourcing Lab Essentials.

The approved vendor catalogue is scheduled to open within 48 hours of Tay returning to the UK, subject to the stated research, testing and fulfilment process.

No. Suppliers are coded as Vendor CN-A, Vendor VN-B and so on while the trip is live. Names and contacts release afterwards according to your pass.

No. A visit is not an approval. Suppliers only enter the approved catalogue after inspection, testing and communication checks.

Because access and research are delivered digitally, boarding passes are non-refundable once the Departure Lounge is issued. Contact support if something goes wrong with your access.

Yes, subject to availability. You pay the difference between the two fares at the time of upgrade.
