When you join the Priority Passenger List or purchase a boarding pass, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country/region, and which ticket option you are interested in. We also collect campaign source and UTM information so we can understand how people found the Asia Takeover.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Send you the free Hair Vendor Red Flag Guide and waitlist updates
• Notify you when Priority Boarding opens
• Deliver your boarding pass and access details after purchase
• Provide customer support
• Measure and improve the campaign

3. Marketing messages

With your consent, we may email or SMS you about sourcing, launches and future experiences. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

4. Who we share data with

We share only the minimum data needed with trusted service providers: Stripe (payments), Whop (payment plans), Omnisend (email/SMS delivery), Meta (ad measurement), and our hosting/backend provider. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain an interested passenger or customer, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing support@masterthehairindustry.com.
