1. What you are buying
Tay's Luxe Asia Takeover: Part II is a virtual hair-sourcing experience. It does not include physical travel, flights, accommodation or an airline ticket. Your purchase gives you digital access to the Departure Lounge, trip content, and approved vendor contacts according to your chosen cabin.
2. Pricing
Launch fares are $147 for Business Class and $297 for First Class for a limited time. Current card checkout fares are $197 for Business Class and $347 for First Class. Payment-plan partner prices may differ and are shown before checkout. The Vietnam Vendor Archive is $47 one-time. All prices are in USD.
3. Payment and access
Payment is processed securely by Stripe or Whop. Access is delivered by email after payment is verified. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check spam/promotions folders.
4. Refunds
Because digital access is delivered immediately, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Contact support@masterthehairindustry.com within 14 days if you believe your situation qualifies.
5. Vendor information
Vendor contacts and recommendations are based on our own sourcing and testing. Supplier performance can change. You are responsible for your own due diligence, ordering decisions and compliance with any import or business requirements in your country.
6. Intellectual property
All content, recordings, guides and vendor research provided through the Asia Takeover are for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.
7. Code of conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Departure Lounge or future communications for abusive behaviour, unauthorised sharing of materials, or misuse of vendor contacts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAY AI Technologies LLC is not liable for any business losses, supplier issues, or travel decisions made based on information provided in this experience.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
